■ Duties and Taxes:
Import duties and taxes are included at checkout and will not be charged extra at the time of delivery.

- Returns and exchanges cannot be made due to customer convenience.
- Cancellations and changes cannot be made after the package has been shipped.
・If a package is returned due to an incomplete or inaccurate address, an incomplete pickup, or the recipient's refusal to accept the package, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. The delivery company may dispose of undeliverable packages, but in such cases no refunds will be given.

■Regarding product inventory:

① Products that we have in stock will be shipped within 3 business days after receiving your order.
② For items that are out of stock, we will contact you again to inform you of the delivery date. If you are willing to wait for the delivery date, your order will be confirmed. If you decide that you cannot wait for the delivery date, you can also cancel your order.
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been confirmed.

■ About order confirmation emails

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing information such as delivery date, price, and delivery address. Please check the details and contact us immediately if you feel that you "do not remember placing an order" or "the details you entered are incorrect."
